Big shopping centrum Arkady within walking distance & close to the subway, very comfy and super clean room
-
500 metres from the hotel you'll find U Cejpu, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. Perfect place for discovering Prague. The property had free Wi-Fi.
-
The bed was quite comfortable. Large selection at the breakfast buffet , . We would prefer a little less choice and more quality.
-
Small rooms, breakfast should be better

For breakfast there was enough choice and it was very tasty. The staff very friendly and helpful. To the metro it was only 10 min. and one was fast in the city center approx. 5 min. driving time. Parking was available at the hotel. Daily flat rate was reasonable.

The hotel is in a very nice area, not far from the metro station. The hotel staff is very kind, they speak English fluently, there is nothing they can`t help you with. The rooms are luxurious, very good furniture, comfortable double beds (unlike some other hotels which don`t even bother to join the twin beds even if you booked a double bed room). The buffet breakfast is delightful, you can find anything you desire. As a plus, the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
Seriously, there`s nothing to bother you in this hotel. Only details. Minor details. First of all the tv had below 10 channels (but honestly, you don`t go to Prague to watch tv; I was only curious what is their language like). Second, part of the bathroom sink faucet was loose and made difficult the operation of turning water on and off. Last but not least, the hot-cold ac switch was missing but with a bit of brains you can easily get over it. Nothing was a show killer.

Lots of students partying all night. Lot's of noise. Staff was extremely slow in processing check-in & check-out.
-
Easy to find. Good parking facilities. Helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Easy underground connection to city centre
Administration seemed chaotic. The receptionist seemed to have no records of any visitors bookings and dealt very professionally with a frustrating and embarassing situation
-
Good location, close to the metro station. Very good breakfast and buffet dinner. Nice staff. Good value for money.
The bed was nice and big and it makes he room little bit small.
-
The suite and the massage. The breakfast was outstanding and the customer service was good.
I loved it.

_ Automatic upgrade to suite without extra charge _ Room very spacious and clean _ Very quiet hotel (specially top floors) _Wifi works excellent and combined with a suite it actually became my 2nd office
_Breakfast --> The breakfast was more a big cantine instead of a place to start your day nice and relaxed _Furniture needs an overhaul.. Some devices and designs are pretty outdated..
